How can I disable staff selection for online appointments?
During the booking process, our system gives your customer the ability to choose which specialist they would prefer to have their services done by. However, if your team wishes to retain anonymity you can forgo this step of the process. In our byChronos merchant app, navigate to Settings > General and disable the Staffer selectable setting. This will prevent users from selecting a specific specialist while booking their appointment. Instead, our system will automatically assign this appointment to the next available specialist.
