How do service options work?

Service options allow you to set a different prices, names, and durations for a single service. This feature is useful if you have services with varying prices and durations. For example, you may offer a Massage service in 15 mins, 30 mins, 45 mins, etc. Instead of creating multiple different services, you can create one Massage service with options for the different service durations.

• Open our byChronos merchant apps and navigate to Inventory > Services.
• Click on the service of interest in your list to enter the Edit interface. Scroll to the bottom and you will see a Service Options section.
• Click New to set up an option and set the prices . Repeat this for as many options as you require.

We strongly recommend setting up options if you have multiple services that fit the use-case of service options. It will help minimize your menu and keep everything organized.
